About
I am a Global Impact and Policy Advisor with 14 years of experience supporting institutions across Africa, the Caribbean, and global policy spaces. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, inclusion, and real-world implementation, shaped by sustained engagement in complex political and institutional environments.
My professional journey began in Haiti, working closely with grassroots organizations and community-based actors. From there, my work expanded across West, Central, and East Africa, supporting large-scale programs and regional initiatives within humanitarian and development systems. Over time, this field-based experience led to senior advisory roles at the global level, where I have worked with institutions on strategy, policy design, and organizational change across multiple countries and contexts.
Working across community, country, regional, and global levels has shaped how I understand institutions, power, and decision-making. I have seen how global commitments are interpreted on the ground, where they hold, and where they break down. This perspective informs how I approach advisory work, with attention to political dynamics, operational realities, and the practical constraints leaders face when navigating accountability, resources, and competing priorities.
My background informs an advisory approach that prioritizes context-aware strategy over one-size-fits-all solutions, operational realism alongside policy ambition, and inclusion as a systems and leadership question rather than a technical add-on. Learning and adaptation are central to how I think about institutional credibility and long-term impact. I work best with leaders and teams willing to engage complexity thoughtfully and move beyond surface-level compliance.
I hold a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy, with a focus on global policy and international engagement. I work fluently in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
